Cybersalad.net and SMTP

SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. When someone speaks of a SMTP server they are referring to an outgoing mail server. Most hosting companies do not offer access to SMTP servers as they can be difficult to maintain and defend and the want to cut corners with their customers. Cybersalad.net understands that while almost everybody with a connection to the internet already has SMTP access ( even if the don't know it ) there are cases where it's necessary to use a SMTP service for some of their employees or something of that nature. As long as you have a valid reason for it we grant our customers free SMTP access. Our policy with SMTP reflects our strong belief in dealing flexibly with each customer wherever possible.
