99.95% Uptime Guarantee
We stand behind our stable network and systems with a strait-forward
guarantee. If you experience less than 99.95% we will take a percentage
off of your bill. In the event that uptime falls below 99.95% we
will credit your account 25%. If uptime falls below 98% we will
credit your account 100%.
Upon receipt of a downtime credit request we will credit the account
upon our confirmation that
- The report is submitted within 10 days of the calendar month
in which the downtime occurred.
- There was substantial or complete packet loss to the IP of
the account reported for the times reported from the Internet
as a whole.
