99.95% Uptime Guarantee

Overview:

We stand behind our stable network and systems with a strait-forward guarantee. If you experience less than 99.95% we will take a percentage off of your bill. In the event that uptime falls below 99.95% we will credit your account 25%. If uptime falls below 98% we will credit your account 100%.

Details:

Upon receipt of a downtime credit request we will credit the account upon our confirmation that

1. The report is submitted within 10 days of the calendar month in which the downtime occurred.
2. There was substantial or complete packet loss to the IP of the account reported for the times reported from the Internet as a whole.
